All towels are provided both for the pool and for the bathrooms. The villa is air-conditioned with central heating for the cooler months of the year. All bed linen is provided. There is also a telephone. The master bedroom ensuite bathroom has wc and a shower plus vanity facilities. The second bathroom has a wc, and a bath with shower. There are two hairdryers. The property also contains a laundry room, with a large washing machine, and a separate drying machine. Ironing facilities are also available.

A Brinks Alarm system is fitted to the villa to provide enhanced security.

There is also a large walk-in storage room located off the master bedroom that includes a safe to protect all your valuables.
